Terms of Sale:
Effective January 1, 2008.
Prompt payment discount is:
2% 30 Days from the invoice date Net 31 days
NOTE: The amount of payment discount allowed is shown at the bottom of each complete invoice. Please deduct only the amount shown. The payment discounts apply only to merchandise - not freight or handling charges.
If a check is received after the due date, the term’s discounts will not be allowed.
Past due amounts are subject to 1 ½ % per month, an effective annual rate of 18%.
Return Goods Policy: Credits will be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in restockable condition, in original packaging, and a return authorization number has been issued prior to returning. A copy of the invoice or pick ticket must accompany return with the reason for the return noted.
Any Merchandise returned will receive credit toward outstanding invoices or future purchases only.
Items that are custom made may not be returned.
Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be subject to the above criteria as well as a 10% restocking fee. No merchandise may be returned after 6 months from the date of purchase.
